Delivering users of a health app with their individualized coaching cards, based on the latest biomarker inputs
Uplyfe, a digital health app for chronically ill people, came to us with a unique challenge: They wanted to improve the impact of their digital coaching and patient engagement by generating highly personalized content based on the user’s latest biomarker data and behavioral patterns with AI generated content.
Our joint key challenge was to train an individual model that could connect biomarker inputs and behavioral advisory in the context of chronic diseases, ensuring that the AI wouldn’t provide health advice. Additionally, we had to handle the challenge of ensuring that health data would not be passed on to any external cloud, ensuring the privacy and security of user data.
We worked closely with the Uplyfe team to understand their goals and challenges. Our team conducted a comprehensive analysis of their existing app and its capabilities, identifying areas for improvement. We developed a solution that utilized advanced AI algorithms to generate personalized content based on the user’s latest biomarker data and behavioral patterns.
To ensure the privacy and security of user data, we implemented state-of-the-art encryption and security protocols within the app itself. Our solution was designed to keep all health data on the user’s device and not pass it on to any external cloud.
The result was an improved digital coaching and patient engagement experience that provided highly personalized content to users, all while ensuring the privacy and security of their health data. We are proud to have been a part of this project and to have helped Uplyfe achieve their goal of improving the lives of chronically ill people through advanced technology.
