Our key challenge was to operationalize the communication strategy, making it measurable and setting up the necessary structures, processes, and know-how to implement an AI-supported communication organization and process that fits the client’s specific requirements and needs.

We worked closely with the company’s Global Corporate Communications to understand their goals and challenges. Our team conducted a comprehensive analysis of their current communication strategy, identifying implementation gaps and working to close them. We established a fitting set-up, defining process, people and technological dimension: supported our client’s team in the creation of a new editorial board that gave analytics and AI a seat at the editorial table, new content creation processes and templates that created strictly user-centric and goal-oriented impact messaging that is measured over time. From ideation to the post mortem team learning experience, generative AI was tested to play an active role in the team.

It never stops on the template level: In an agile process, we provided training and support for the new processes while optimizing the new set-up based on the training insights. The trainings then also included dos and don’ts of AI tool usage.

At the end of the project, our client had a fully operationalized and hence measurable communication strategy that uses generative AI based on the data input the team collects form sprint to spring to improve their coverage in terms of value to the audience and strategic impact. They are able to establish a clear and measurable focus in their messaging and make the new process accessible to all subject matter experts publishing in the name of the brand.
